Sarah (which is short for Sarararararah) decided to change career direction to ShakeAway when she had grown tired of being The Stig on BBC's Top Gear. She handed it over to a 17 year-old girl called Judith as soon as she passed her driving test (third time lucky).

Sarah is desperate to use some of her other skills at ShakeAway. Speaking seven languages comes in useful, even though five of them are local dialects of South Polynesian Islands and not many people from there come to Watford.

Always a polite person who believes in good manners, Sarah is Chairperson of the "Don't-Say-What-Say-Pardon" campaign and is currently lobbying Parliament to have the name Watford officially changed to Pardonford. Please add your name to Sarah's petition when you visit ShakeAway at Pardonford (and for goodness sake, say "Thank you" for your MilkShake).

Prior to running ShakeAway Watford, she was in ShakeAway Kingston and Milton Keynes. She will remain in Watford only until the police catch up with her again.

It's a "woop woop" for Kat in Watford. In the top photo she is doing an impersonation of a cat, but she's even better at doing a Kat.

Kat absolutely LOVES the word "plaster" and sometimes has to take a break from work so she can sit down and write it out a few times.

Being one of those very rare people who were born under the secret 13th zodiac sign (less than one in 200,000 are this sign), Kat might give you the subtle "13th Signal" which, if you are a fellow 13th-er, will recognise. We have special permission to announce here that Kat is a 13th-er.

Kat can speak Swedish fluently but is sadly allergic to it and talking in Swedish makes her dizzy. Even a trip to Ikea makes her queasy.

Since being body double for Lady Gaga in the "Just Dance" video, Kat turned her back on showbiz to join ShakeAway Watford. And she says "if you sneeze unexpectedly, you'll notice it sounds like 'plaster' which is fab!"
