Dan Shakette >>>

Boss Man Dan used to be known as "Daniel", but when he found that English-speaking people couldn't pronounce or spell it, he changed his name to "Dan".

He loves working-out, especially by doing Shadow Boxing - he's seen here with his favourite shadow which currently beats Dan 3:2 during recent bouts. Luckily his shadow is currently on holiday so Dan has some time to practice hard before it gets back.

He is allergic to the colour beige and is starting a "Beige Aware" support group for fellow sufferers. He requests, with respect, that nobody wears beige into ShakeAway when he's there... he's fine with camel and fawn, but if you wear beige please do understand that service will take a little longer while Dan has a lie down and puts on his cream.

Dan & Trevor relax with MilkShakes. Don't ask.

Lauren & Dan. They almost live in ShakeAway.

<<< Trevor Shakette

Franchisee Trevor has a couple of connected passions....

Firstly, he loves wearing hats, especially Top Hats, Viking Helmets, Boaters (always at a jaunty angle) and the white ones Dutch people wear. However, he has a phobia actually seeing hats (hence the reason it's cut from this photo) and if anyone walks into ShakeAway wearing a hat, he might show signs of nervousness. He has had a course of Coping With Baseball Caps and is pleased with the results, but lives in dread that someone will walk in wearing a fez.

Trevor has double-joined arms and can make them stretch to almost twice their length. This put paid to his plans to be an Olympic Gymnast as the Parallel Bars were never high enough, but that is ShakeAway's gain as he spreads MilkShake Joy to Eastleigh!

Donna Shakette >>>

Donna (franchisee with Trevor) comes from the family which owns the patent to the original design of the traditional Rubber Duck. They get a small portion of worldwide sales but donate all of the profits to the NQS (National Quackers Society) which is a refuge for abandoned ducks or those which have personality disorders and think they are pigeons.

In 1998 Donna was Northern Europe Origami Champion, winning the title for her scale folded-model of
Naomi Campbell from a single MacDonald's napkin.
She'd be happy to demonstrate simpler examples of her skills for you at ShakeAway.

Donna loves smiling at babies,
raising her eyebrows as high as she can and
going to her evening classes where she is studying Speed Reading (Tuesday evenings from 20:00 to 20:05).
